Our pricing varies depending on the nature and complexity of the work required. After an initial phone conversation, we can provide a rough guide price for your situation. Please note that if your home insurance policy includes Trace and Access cover, this typically covers the locating and accessing of the leak only. Pipe repairs are usually not included, although individual policies may differ, so we recommend contacting your insurer for confirmation.

We understand that leaks can be stressful. If you’re claiming through your insurance, you don’t need to pay immediately — we can wait up to 30 days for your insurer to approve the trace and access costs and review the trace and access report we provide. This avoids large upfront payments, giving you peace of mind while your claim is processed.
